for all of you who know me well, you know that i LOVE things to smell good. when something smells good, it makes me happy. when something smells bad, it makes me unhappy. To say that i like to burn candles is an understatement. i ADORE burning candles. and i am fortunate enough to have married into a family that has their own candle company, Maddison Avenue Candle Company. and yes, i do know how cool that is! Admittedly, i am not the 'greenest' mom on the planet, but i do try to do what i can. i think everyone can agree that its better to burn a 100% all natural candle in your home, rather than a candle that releases harmful toxins and puts soot on your walls. i keep stressing the 100%, because some companies say "Soy Candle," when in reality they are only partly soy. The "other" parts could still be emitting hazardous chemicals into the air in your home! Sounds silly, doesnt it?? But, sadly, many companies get away with misleading people into thinking they are using a completely all natural product.

Today, im burning a Chamomile & Musk Melon Candle at my husband's office/Spa. The entire waiting area is filled with the beautiful fragrance, which seems to make working just a little more pleasant.
